How to keep moving forward?

Ever wondered whats that one thing which keeps you going everyday? Whats that ONE motivating factor which doesn’t let you down no matter what or how hard the struggle is? There may come moments of meltdown from tiredness and exertion once in a while, but for every person there is specifically one factor which contributes majorly in enabling him/her to move.

For me, i feel, that factor is having a specific agenda for a day. Meaning i need to have a specific to-do task for everyday. It gives me so much energy and motivation and it increases my overall productivity. For me, those tasks could be anything- small or big in nature, even if it is to go out to get little grocery, they trigger a drive in me to get out of bed in the morning more motivated than any other day. If i dont have anything ‘specific special’ to do in a day, i feel my day is wasted by just doing the routine work.

And also you can create one for yourself by just going for window shopping at a nearby mall or to a cafe’ for a cup of coffee ☕️😉

The main point is to identify such factor which is your driving source of motivation and if you think it doesn’t exist then it’s better to create one which makes you happy the most 😀
